Biography

 Mr. Lars Marcher has been the Chief Executive Officer at Ambu A/S since 2008. Mr. Marcher serves as President and Member of Executive Board at Ambu A/S. He joined Ambu in October 2008. He served an Executive Vice President of Terma A/S from 2006 to 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Terma A/S. He served as the President of Dataram Corp., since October 19, 2004, Chief Operating Officer since September 2002 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer. In September 2001, He was named as Vice President of Dataram Corporation and also served as its Executive Vice President until October 2004. He has been working with international companies for the past ket in the world for medico technical products and he has 20 years and possesses extensive experience from the management and development of such companies. He has spent more than ten years of his Patent infringement case working life abroad. He was employed by Dataram Corp. as President of Dataram International since March 2001, which was formed when Dataram Corp. acquired certain assets of Memory Card Technology A/S. Prior to the acquisition, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Dataram International AS. He joined Memory Card Technology in 1998 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and assumed the duties of its Chief Executive Officer in 2000. He serves as Chairman of Subsidiaries in the Ambu group. Prior to that, He was employed as Director of Marketing for Apple Computer, Australia. He served as a Director of Danish American Business Forum (DABF) and Confederation of Danish Industry - Committee on International Market Policy. He holds an Undergraduate degree and Master's degree in Economics, as well as an MBA degree.
