Søren Trærup Marketing Manager at Ambu A/S Ambu A/S Handelshøjskolen i København Copenhagen Area, Capital Region, Denmark Project management: Completion of several "Prejects" in Ambu that turned into R&D projects. Participation in key development and sourcing projects. Product management/development: Participation in R&D platform development projects from start to launch. Core project member in platform project developing a new to market product/concept. Tasks including customers needs identification and voice of customer in project team, completion of focus groups, strategic marketing plan and international launch covering US, EMEA and Asia. Marketing strategy: Creation of international marketing strategies for several product ranges. Annual update of product portfolio strategy. Product Lifecycle management of named portfolio.

Sales company support: Day to day support of Ambu sales companies regarding marketing and training material, Q&A and complaints etc. Portfolio planning: Planning and excecution with named business area. Yearly update of road maps and plans for several product ranges. Idea generation: Facilitation of the idea generation and qualification processes to fill product pipeline. Innovation managment and market screenings, leading to business cases and project proposals. Participant in due dilligence team for the aquisition of a medium-sized anaesthesia/airway mangement company.
