Biography
Mr. Peter Warthoe founded Atonomics A/S in 2000 and also serves as its Chief Scientific Officer. Mr. Warthoe co-founded Display Systems Biotech in 1994. He is in the gene discovery field since the end of the eighties and co-invented at the Danish Cancer Society the well established Differential Display DDRT-PCR technology.
Research Interest
He has invented several technologies that are broadly commercialized today and he has filed many patent applications, among others he has an issued patent on the RFDD-PCR technology. He is the inventor of Atonomics’ core technologies as well as several complimentary technologies ranging from molecular sensitivity, biosensor design and manufacturing principles. He got his biochemistry degree from the Copenhagen University and has since published several scientific articles.
