Dr. Braestrup is a Danish national, born in 1945. Positions: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saniona AB and Saniona A/S; and a member of the Board of Directors of Evolva Holding SA, Ataxion, Inc. and Evotec AG. Member of the executive board of Kastan ApS. Special competences: Scientific qualifications and extensive executive experience from publicly traded, international pharmaceutical companies.
