 Dr. Gerard W. M. van Odijk, M.D., is an Industrial Advisor at EQT Partners AB. Dr. van Odijk served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Teva Pharmaceutical Europe BV at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. from January 2006 to March 1, 2012. He served as a Group Vice President Europe Operations at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. since June 2006. Over the 18 years, he served a variety of senior positions at Glaxo, GlaxoWellcome and GlaxoSmithKline and served in commercial and General Management positions. He served as a Senior Vice President and Area Director at GlaxoSmithKline Northern Europe. Dr. van Odijk has been the Chairman of Bavarian Nordic A/S since April 24, 2014. He served as the Chairman of Supervisory Board of Merus B.V. He Until January 6, 2015 and has been a Non-Executive Director of UDG Healthcare plc since December 16, 2013. He has been an Independent Director at Bavarian Nordic A/S since April 2008. He served as a Director of NeuroSearch Sweden AB since 2008. He served as a Director of Neurosearch A/S from April 30, 2008 to September 7, 2009. Dr. van Odijk received an MD from the State University of Utrecht in 1987.
