When I started at BIM Equity, I was surprised at how little the construction industry uses the obvious savings that lie ahead of them. "Everyone who mistakes found in the design phase are many times cheaper than when they arrive at the construction site" Nevertheless, there is hesitation in the industry of using technology that has existed since the 80's. BIM Equity is the challenger in a market close to monopoly. It's fun to help inform the industry of alternatives and show how easy it really is to get started with BIM tools and methods.
