BIM by heart! Since we have the ability to use BIM, it's the only thing to do. When we can add data that can be read across the construction industry, we just have to do it. In addition, I find great satisfaction in "browsing around" in a 3D space and enjoying the result of a good design process. I started with BIM because the benefits were very clear - right from the start. By using the right software, the number of documentation files associated with a project can be minimized while creating convergence in the documentation. 3D design enables simultaneous visualization of a given design, where shape and function can be tested and disseminated to a much greater extent than traditional methods.
