Biography
Mr. David Evans Shaw is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Black Point Group. Mr. Shaw is Founder and Consultant of Skinetics Biosciences, Inc. He co-founded Fetch Enterprises, Inc., in 2007 He was a Partner at Venrock from 2004 to 2009 and focused on investment in biotechnology sector. He co-founded PPD Dermatology, Inc. He served as an Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Ikaria Holdings, Inc., which he founded. He served as Executive Chairman of INO Therapeutics LLC. Mr. Shaw served as a Senior Advisor at New Mountain Capital, LLC which he joined in February 2004 till 2007. Previously, he was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. He was the Chief Executive Officer and an Advisor within the State of Maine executive department.
