Biography
Irma Casella, Manager of Customer Service - Americas, joined CAE in 1997. Irma brings several years of experience to this pivotal role, having held prior positions as a Group Leader in Customer Service, Customer Service Representative for some of CAE’s major civil aviation accounts, and Project Manager for CAE Healthcare.
Research Interest
Irma leads the Customer Service team in delivering best-in-class service with a strong focus on building trust and long term relationships with CAE Healthcare customers. As Manager of Customer Support, Irma diligently works to ensure consistent customer satisfaction by providing quality simulators that receive the highest level of support long after the initial purchase.
