Steve Silva

Biography

Steve Silva joined CAE Healthcare in April of 2016 as Divisional CFO, with over 25 years of financial leadership across a broad spectrum of companies including PepsiCo, Seagram’s, Tropicana, Boar’s Head Company, Chobani Yogurt, and Direct Energy Solar. During his career Steve has partnered with teams across a broad range of disciplines including commercial operations, FP&A, strategic planning, M&A, innovation, pricing strategy, and business development. His accomplishments include the successful creation and launch of Patron Tequila, Godiva Liqueur, and the creation of a national distribution system for Tropicana Single Serve products in the USA. In his current role, Steve oversees all financial functions at CAE Healthcare including Financial Planning & Reporting, compliance, IT, strategic planning, and business analysis.

Research Interest

Steve attained his BA in Marketing from Albany State University, and his MBA in Finance and International Finance from New York University. Steve believes strongly in harnessing the power of collaborative teams, and the virtues of out-of-the-box thinking. He is avid follower of Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
