I am a former utility CIO and past chair of the Edison Electric Institute’s (EEI) and American Gas Association’s (AGA) Technology Advisory Council. I have led several successful system implmentations during my career and am well versed in the challenges and opportunities inherent to technology initiatives. I am a published author and frequent speaker on issues related to energy service and utility automation.
