Biography
Craig is a Vice President and the Head of Contract Compliance & Optimization (CCO) services at Capgemini. He focuses on running the operations and strategy for the CCO offering. CCO is a combination of contract and commercial management supported by legal process outsourcing capabilities and technology offerings. Prior to CCO, Craig spent several years as an outsourcing lawyer at Capgemini and 10 years in private law firms in New York, focused on negotiating outsourcing contracts on behalf of both clients and vendors, which in turn enables him to understand the needs on both sides. Craig is a frequent speaker and writer on Contract Management, Legal Services and related technology enablement. Craig advises our clients on how to optimize the performance of their contracts to ensure maximum value through all contractual opportunities and avoid any unforeseen losses.
