A Global HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in the IT / Consulting industry. During my extensive career, some of my significant achievements have been in areas of HR Strategy alignment, HR Transformation, M&A, Talent Management and Global Compensation. My Global role has given me the opportunity to gain in depth knowledge in HR processes and people aspects in various countries, particularly in US, Continental Europe, UK and India and manage cross cultural teams. I strongly believe that Human Resources as a practice is constantly evolving as a strategic function that delivers value both to business and to employees.
