Biography
Tami is responsible for identifying, planning and implementing product improvements, as well asguidingnecessary organizational changes to achieve operational success. Tami joins CareCom after working with a major global population health vendor, and two of the leading health plans covering almost 3 million patient lives. She is highly skilled in planning, implementation, customer success and change management processes. Tami has experience in both small and large scale organizational improvements, spanning both single site and across multiple organizations. This experience has led to strong communication skills that benefit all CareCom customers.
