Biography
I am interested in industry, technology, international trade, SEZs, WTO, and investment related issues, and have published extensively in leading international and national journals, and newspapers on these issues. I have authored two monographs both published by the Oxford University Press and have published several book chapters. I have presented my research in seminars and conferences in many countries across the globe. My teaching experience spans over 30 years and during this period I had an opportunity to work as a consultant to prestigious international agencies like UNESCAP, ADB, UNDP, World Bank , GIZ, UNCTAD, UNIDO, Swedish Board of Trade; and the Ministries of Commerce and Information Technology in India
