Biography
" Finn Østrup is professor (mso) since 2008. He has written extensively on financial institutions, on financial crises, and on international monetary economics. Before joining Copenhagen Business School in 1990, Finn Østrup worked in the Danish Ministry of Economic Affairs, working in 1980-83 as Financial Attaché at the Permanent Danish Representation at the EU and in 1984 as Private Secretary to the Minister of Economic Affairs. Finn Østrup has been a member of several Danish government committees, most recently the Commission for Nature and Agriculture and the government committee for the investigation of the causes of the Danish financial crisis."
