Biography
" My research focuses on complex innovation systems and their evaluation. The project seeks to discover how policy-makers assess innovation systems and what is the effect in terms of policy-change. Given my extensive experience as a policy-maker, the project also has a normative goal – to suggest improved methods for evaluating innovation systems."
