"Drawing insights from cross-cultural psychology, cultural intelligence, communication studies and social pragmatics, my study analyzes business people's verbal performance data we (our multinational research team) collected in three subsidiaries of Carlsberg Group in China, Denmark, and UK. It investigates the Danish and Chinese communication differences and similarities in using English as a lingua franca as opposed to the respective native languages as well as British English.
