Jørgen V. L. Bardenfleth

Biography

Jørgen V. L. Bardenfleth, MSEE, MBA, has been the Country General Manager at Microsoft Denmark since 2004. Mr. Bardenfleth served as an Advisor at IVS A/S. He served as General Manager of Optical Components Division of Intel Corporation. He served as General Manager of Hewlett-Packard Norge A/S from 1981 to 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Bardenfleth served as the General Manager at Intel Optical Components Division. He was a Sales Representative from 1989 to 1991; a Sales Manager from 1991 to 1992; a Business Unit Manager from 1992 to 2001; and a General Manager from 1995 to 2001 at Hewlett-Packard A/S, Denmark. From 1988 to 1988, Mr. Bardenfleth worked with McKinsey & Co, Denmark as a Summer Associate and handles various strategic management assignments. He served as Advisor of IVS A/S. He served as a Team Leader of Chemical Analysis Instruments from 1984 to 1985 and a Project Leader of Chemical Analysis Instruments from 1986 to 1987 at Varian Associates, Incl, U.S.A. Mr. Bardenfleth worked as a Research and Development Engineer, Satellite Communication at Radar Devices, Inc., U.S.A. from 1981 to 1984 and at Dansk Radio AS, Denmark from 1980 to 1981. He serves as Chairman of the Board at Dubex A/S. He served as the Chairman of Mellanox Technologies Denmark ApS. He has been a Director of COWI Holding A/S since 2010. He serves as a Director of Athena IT-Group A/S and Copenhagen Capacity A/S. He has been a Director of EG A/S since 2014. He serves as a Director of Nordic Power Converters Aps. He has held board positions in startups such as IPTronics and TheEyeTribe. He served as a Director of GN Store Nord A/S since 2003. He serves as a Member of Board at Dezide ApS.
