Mr. Jerome P. Hunter has been Senior Vice President at CP Kelco Aps since September 2000 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since September 2000. Mr. Hunter served as the Vice President and General Manager of FiberVisions L.L.C., a subsidiary of Hercules Incorporated. From August 1998 to August 1999, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Hercules FiberVisions subsidiary, and from July 1997 until July 1998 he served as the vice president of Asset Management of the Hercules
