Mr. Egil Mølsted Madsen

Biography

 Mr. Egil Mølsted Madsen has been Chief Financial Officer of Dako A/S since May 9, 2011 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Madsen has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of Executive Board at Mt Højgaard A/S since September 1, 2013. Mr. Madsen has over 20 years of experience in finance and accountancy, including experience from Chief Financial Officer positions in two divisions in his prior company. He worked at FLSMIDTH from 2000 to 2011. At FLSMIDTH, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Global Customer Service, Denmark from 2009 to 2011; and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for India from 2006 to 2009. At FLSMIDTH, he also served as Head of Group Control & IT, Denmark from 2003 to 2006 and Controller of Denmark from 2000 to 2003. He served as Auditor and Senior Manager at ERNST & YOUNG, Denmark from 1995 to 2000. He was Auditor rising to Audit Manager at CITY REVISION, Denmark from 1989 to 1995. Mr. Madsen received Chartered Accountant certificate in 2000, MSc in Accounting from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark in 1994 and BSc in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark in 1987.
