Biography
Kim Fausing has broad management experience from leading positions in global industrial companies. In 2017, Kim Fausing was appointed President & CEO. Prior to this, since 2008, he was Executive Vice President & COO, thus responsible for all the Danfoss segments as well as the Danfoss Business System and Global Procurement. In 2007, he joined Danfoss as President of the Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division. Kim Fausing was employed in the Hilti Corporation from 1990 to 2006, a family-owned company headquartered in Liechtenstein with more than 21,000 people worldwide. Kim Fausing held a range of international positions at Hilti and, in 2003, he was appointed Division President and member of the Group Executive Management Team at the company’s headquarters. Kim Fausing holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Henley.
