Biography
Lene Reitzel is a versatile HR executive with solid HR and leadership experience from leading positions in global industrial companies. In 2017, Lene Reitzel joined Danfoss as Senior Vice President for Human Resources with responsibility for the overall leadership and direction setting across the HR value chain. Prior to this, since 1999, she was employed with A.P. Møller - Mærsk, covering several senior and executive HR positions in corporate functions and Maersk entities. Most recently, in 2015-2017, as Chief HR Officer (CHRO) in Maersk Drilling, and in 2013-2015, as CHRO in Maersk Tankers. In 1991-1999, she served in various commercial positions with Damco and was expatriated in the US 1991-1996. Lene Reitzel holds several degrees from executive education programs at the University of Michigan, IMD Business School, and Harvard Business School in addition to company leadership programs.
