Ms. Dorthe Kjær is a Project Manager at Danfoss Development A/S. She leads an internal network on venturing and entrepreneurship issues and handles some administrative matters. With an all-round office apprenticeship as background, Ms. Kjær has worked with IT procurement and consulting, production planning, process documentation, and in secretarial positions within Danfoss since 1984.
