he is a Food safety expertDanish Agriculture and Food Council focus on facilitating the development of coherent and risk-based approaches to food safety management that enables the food sector, in particular the dairy sector, to taking advantage of the newest developments in food safety. To help acomplishing that, I am deeply involved in international activities in Codex, IDF and ISO.
