 The world's most responsible eel farm is in Denmark. Royal Danish Fish has one of the world's largest and most responsible onshore aquaculture facilities for raising eels. The plant is the first one in the world that has been approved and certified according to the International Sustainable Eel Standard, which has the strictest certification requirements in the entire fishing industry.
