Biography

"As Executive Vice President of the Life Science Division at Danish Technological Institute (DTI), my primary everyday goal is to create added value for our customers and an inspiring and attractive workplace that can attract the brightest and most innovative minds. DTI Life Science provides consultancy, testing and analysis services to more than 500 companies in Denmark and abroad. We also play a vital role in securing funds for new R&D projects, and during the past 3 years we have participated in more than 50 R&D projects. Together with our customers, we create new products and services that contribute to a cleaner, safer and more sustainable society. At DTI Life Science, we make an effort to understand the existing and future needs of our customers. Therefore, we meet our customers where they are: in the field, office or at the production line. "  

Research Interest

"I have more than 7 years of experience in managing private and public sector organisations with 20 to more than 80 employees – all with different educational and professional backgrounds. My management style reflects confidence in the skills and qualifications of my employees. I take great pride in maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and strive to create a work environment that allows all employees to grow and develop. As a member of the executive board, I contribute to the long-term strategy of our organisation by emphasizing the importance of expanding commercial activities. "
