Biography
Mr. Seiki Hirota, also known as Stan, served as an Officer of Healthcare Informatics Division at The CSI Companies, Inc. Mr. Hirota led CSI's innovation initiatives, US staffing growth initiatives, implementation, localization and expansion of Recruit s management know-how and other strategic communications functions between US and Japan. He spent seven years working for Philip Morris as a Senior Brand Manager. He oversaw all direct marketing activities from media strategies to retail consumer programs and played a crucial role in developing effective marketing programs for local markets in Asia. In 2007, he was assigned to lead the global consumer business development initiative for Mitsui in the Consumer Service Business Unit, which led to building strong partnership with Recruit. After Mitsui s investment in Recruit, he joined the Global Alliance and Corporate Development of Recruit and has played an instrumental role in the globalization of Recruit s temporary staffing business. He serves as Chairman of The Delta Companies. He serves as a Director of The CSI Companies, Inc. He graduated of Keio University in Tokyo
