Biography
Mr. Peter Bøggild serves as Professor at Department of Micro- and Nanotechnology of Technical University of Denmark. His Present research activities are 2D materials: basic properties and applications, fabrication and characterization of devices (electronic sensor), production of large-area graphs, nanopattering and nanolithography, band gap engineering, graphene as a passivating coatings, nanorobotics / mechatronics, metrology and standards, molecular electronics. Mr. Peter Bøggild holds a Ph.D. in low temperature physics, University of Copenhagen.
Research Interest
His research group, NANOCARBON, focuses almost entirely on graphene and other 2D materials: basic properties and applications, fabrication and characterization of devices (electronic sensor), production of large-area graphs, nanopattering and nanolithography, band gap engineering, graphene as a passivating coatings, nanorobotics / mechatronics, metrology and standards, molecular electronics. He also holds interest in surface and interface physics.
