Biography
Mr. Luzi Andreas von Bidder, former Chairman of the Swiss listed company Acino Holding AG and now on the board of several other private healthcare companies, has joined the Ferring Board of Directors on 1st September 2013. Prior to joining Ferring, Mr. von Bidder was President and CEO of Novartis Ophthalmics - now part of the Novartis Alcon Eyecare franchise. He also used to be a member of the Novartis Pharma Executive Board. Mr. von Bidder received his master’s degree from the University of St-Gallen, Switzerland in 1979.
