Biography

Mr. Ricardo Michael Ferreira, also known as Rick, serves as a Partner at Alliance Healthcare Partners. Mr. Ferreira serves as an Operating Partner at 1315 Capital LLC. Mr. Ferreira served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Intralign Health, LLC, until August 4, 2016 which he also co-founded. Mr. Ferreira serves as Chief Operating Officer of Stryker Sustainability Solutions, Inc. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of Ascent Healthcare Solutions. Mr. Ferreira served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Healthworks Managed Care Services, Inc. In 1997, he built Alliance Medical Corporation. From June 1997 to February 1998, Mr. Ferreira served as Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Medical Corporation's subsidiary, Applied Medical Recovery, Inc. From January 1996 to May 1997, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Participating Capital Corporation. In 1990, Mr. Ferreira founded International Managed Healthcare Ltd., and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until 1996. From 1984 to 1990, he was a corporate banker at the Royal Bank of Canada. He served as President of Queen Street Entertainment Capital Inc. He serves as a Director of Intralign Health, LLC. He has been a Director of Knightscove Media Corp. since July 2004. He serves as a Director of Flower Orthopedics Corporation. He has been Director of Stryker Sustainability Solutions, Inc. since July 1999. Mr. Ferreira has been a Director of Queen Street Entertainment Capital Inc. since July 2004. Mr. Ferreira is Chairman of the Advancement Board at the University of Toronto. Mr. Ferreira has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
