Biography
Mr. Rolf Hoffmann has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Genmab A/S since March 28, 2017. He is Member of the Compensation Committee and the Scientific Committee of the Company. He has international management experience with expertise in creating and optimizing commercial opportunities in global markets, as well as additional expertise in P&L management, governance and Corporate Integrity Agreement Management, compliance and organizational efficiency.
Research Interest
He has over 20 years of experience in the international pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries at Eli Lilly and Amgen. He serves as Adjunct Professor Strategy and Entrepreneurship University of North Carolina Business School. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of STADA Arzneimittel AG and Trigemina, Inc. Previously, he held Board Positions at Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce, Council of Americas, International School of Zug and Luzern, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, International Advisory Board.
