Biography
Dr. Klimovsky joined Genmab in 2017 and is a recognized drug developer with more than 10 years of experience in R&D leadership roles in big pharma. She has successfully led the development of key cancer drugs at both Bristol-Myers Squibb and Novartis from early clinic through late stage development and approval including ixabepilone (BMS), ASA404, MEK162, LGX818 and Afinitor (Novartis). During the span of her career, she has led global R&D organizations of over 450 people. As a medical doctor Judith also brings skills and experience from working as a clinician in hospital environments.
