Biography

Manuel Rodriguez de Castro has been the President of SJTrust (formerly Agencia Hispana), an investment bank targeting cross-businesses between European and American companies since 2000. He has been a Director of Grupo Oda, since 1997. He has been Director of Grupo Iusacell, S.A. de C.V. since July 29, 2003 and also serves as its Member of Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, Investment Committee and Related Party Transactions Committee. Mr. Rodríguez serves as a Director of KW Entertainment Television and Grupo GoNet. Mr. Rodríguez de Castro served as a Director of Grupo TMM S.A.B. Mr. Rodríguez de Castro served as a Director of Grupo Elektra S.A. de C.V. since March 2003. Mr. Rodríguez de Castro has a degree in Economics and Law from the La Salle Institute of Economics, in New Orleans. Mr. Rodríguez de Castro also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the IESE (Navarra), as well as a masters degree in international relations from the Ortega y Gasset Foundation. He holds a Masters' degree in Strategic Planning from the Arthur Andersen Formation Institute, Madrid and Chicago and a Masters' in International Relations from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid.
