Biography
Göran Henriks is Chief Executive of Learning and Innovation at the Qulturum in the County Council of Jönköping, Sweden. The Qulturum is a center for quality, leadership, and management development for the employees in the County and also for health care on the regional and national levels. Mr. Henriks joined Qulturum in 1998 and he has more than twenty years of experience in management in the Swedish health care system. A member of the Jönköping County Council Strategic Group, he has also been Jönköping’s project director for the Pursuing Perfection initiative.
Research Interest
Mr. Henriks is part of the Strategic Committee of the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare, the annual conference organized by the British Medical Journal and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
