Biography
Dr. Morten A. Karsdal, Ph.D. has been the Chief Executive Officer of Immunodiagnostic Systems Nordic A/S since May 2010. Dr. Karsdal served as Head of Pharmos of Immunodiagnostic Systems Nordic A/S. He held multiple positions at Nordic Bioscience beginning in 2001. He has been a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at YMIC Biomedical, Inc. since October 19, 2016.
Research Interest
Dr. Karsdal holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern Denmark and has published extensively, contributing to over 165 peer-reviewed articles in the areas of osteoarthritis, fibrosis and inflammation. He holds a Master of Science from the Technical University of Denmark and a Ph.D. in Bone and Cartilage Pharmacology from the University of Southern Denmark.
