Biography
Stephen Ayres has been the Finance Director of Datong Electronics Plc, since October 2, 2006. Mr. Ayres has been Finance and Managing Director, Western Europe Operations of Attendo AB since February 2001, where he led the transformation of the UK business from a loss making product business into a successful profitable group providing high quality integrated product and service solutions. He served for 5 years with Rolls Royce as Mergers and Acquisitions Manager-Group, Business Controller-Manufacturing Operations and finally as Finance Director-Control Systems. He has been Executive Director of Datong Electronics Plc, since October 2, 2006. He is ACA qualified through KPMG.
