Biography
Computational Biologist. Edyta got her PhD in theoretical chemistry from University of Warsaw. She worked on projects in the fields of quantum, classical, and statistical mechanics ranging from ab initio calculations for single molecules to modeling aggregation of proteins. In the Lage Lab she leads the cancer complex compendium (CanComSquared) project, designs new algorithms for analysis of proteomics and genetic data, and has a lot of fun with creating interactive data visualizations.
