Biography
Postdoc. Fatma joined the lab upon receiving her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, Spring 2017. She is exploring her way in the diseased brain protein-protein interaction network and possible viral interference. Fatma loves viruses; in her spare time, she enjoys building prediction models for their interactions with the host.
