Biography
Jesper Ritz has been working for more than 25 years in international Human Resource Management. He has multicultural experience from international companies counting British Petroleum, Danish Management Forum. Arla Foods and DONG Energy, Jesper joined LM Wind Power in 2008 as Director, Functions HR, and 3 years later, he was appointed Head of Global HR and is now Vice President, Global Human Resources and part of the Management Team.
