Biography

Werner Bauer holds a diploma and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University ErlangenNürnberg. He has received several scientific honors, among others the BioAlps Award 2011 and Honorary Senator from the Technical University of Munich.   Member of the Board of Directors of Lonza Group Ltd (since April 2013) Member of the Board of Directors of Givaudan SA (since 2014) Member of the Supervisory Board of Bertelsmann SE & Co.
