Biography

Ms. Gorgla was named Inc. Magazine’s ’11 Leaders to watch in 2011’ alongside Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook and Justin Timberlake and was the founder of I-ELLA.com, named one of the ‘Top 10 NYC Startups to Watch’ by Time Inc. with features on The Today Show, InStyle Magazine, WSJ and others. Prior to launching I-ELLA.com, Ms. Gorgla spent over a decade helping leading global institutions including Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, IBM, and others to achieve mission critical goals related Business & Growth Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital. She combined innovative thinking with practical problem solving techniques to deliver sustainable solutions for clients. Ms. Gorgla also worked to bring sustainable investments to West Africa with a particular focus on Liberia and Ghana. Ella has offered commentary on CNBC related to investing in Africa.
