Biography
Ulf Hahnemann joined Maersk Line as Chief Human Resources Officer in August 2016. He was with Mars, Inc. for 27 years, most recently as its Vice President for Strategic Programmes. He is experienced in leading change and transformation, organisational development, talent management and engagement initiatives to strengthen the HR function and focus company growth and business strategy. He joined Mars, Inc. as a management trainee in Norway in 1989 and has since held various roles in Denmark, Australia and North America. Prior to this, he was an export consultant at the Royal Danish Foreign Ministry.Ulf graduated from the Copenhagen School of Business Administration, and attended London Business School’s Global Business Consortium and Henley Business School’s HR programme.
