Niels C. Kaarsholm

Biography

Niels C. Kaarsholm serves as Vice President of Science & Technology at MC2 Biotek ApS. Mr. Kaarsholm served as Vice President & Head of R&D at Fertin Pharma. Prior to this he served as Vice President & Head of Diabetes Protein Engineering, Diabetes Research Unit, Novo Nordisk A/S, where he also served as member of the Diabetes Research Unit Management Team and the Diabetes Research Board. He served as Head of Insulin Structure Department, Director of Insulin Formulation & Delivery projects and VP & Head of Insuling Engineering at Novo Nordisk. Mr. Kaarsholm earned his M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and his Ph.D in Physical & Biophysical Chemistry from the Technical University of Denmark and was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of California, Riverside, USA.
