Biography
Jens Peter Toft is an executive advisor and professional board member with positions in international companies, foundations, unit trusts as well as government-backed funds. Prior to setting up his financial and strategic advisory firm toft advice in 2008, Jens Peter Toft worked 25 years for one of Scandinavia’s leading financial institutions, Danske Bank, most recently as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Finance. In this position, he was deeply involved in structuring and executing a large number of Initial Public Offerings, M&A, privatizations, rights issues, restructurings and other transactions on behalf of clients from a variety of industries, including biotech and pharma. Jens Peter was born in 1954 and holds a business degree from Aalborg University Centre.
