Mr. Peter Ulrik Scheel, M.Sc., MBA, has been Senior Vice President of Research & Development at GN ReSound A/S since September 1, 2008, with responsibility for R&D sites in Copenhagen, Eindhoven, Chicago and Xiamen. Mr. Scheel served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pulse Denmark A/S from 2001 to 2008. He joined Oticon in their Engineering Department. From 1989 to 2001, he held various positions in Microtronic A/S. He served as Managing Director of Microtronic A/S. He serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board and Director of Photonic Energy A/S. He serves as Director of Mellanox Technologies Denmark ApS, Symbion A/S and Symbion Management A/S. He served as Director of Pulse Denmark A/S. He holds M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark in 1983.
