Biography
Henrik Bernt Sanders is a member of the board of directors which he joined in 2011. Henrik is an equity partner in the Danish lawfirm Mazanti-Andersen Korsø Jensen where he advises primarily on mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Henrik has more than 20 years experience with insolvency law in relation to which he has advised some of the largest Danish financial institutes and other creditors and is appointed permanent administrator by the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court since 2008.
