Stig LØkke Pedersen

Biography

Mr. Pedersen holds a Masters in Economics from Aalborg University and has served as chairman of the Board since 2001. Until June 2011, Stig served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations of H. Lundbeck A/S, heading all commercial activities in the Group. Stig was appointed member of Lundbeck’s Board of Management in 2003, and his responsibilities included the establishment of Lundbeck in a large number of countries and regions, including the USA, Japan and Latin America. Stig serves currently as Executive Chairman in moksha8. He is furthermore also Chairman of the Board of Directors in Transmedica A/S, Nuevolution AB and SSI Diagnostics A/S and is Member of the Board of Directors of Broen-Lab A/S, Skybrands A/S, MSI Methylation Sciences Inc in Vancouver, Canada and Index Pharmaceuticals AB in Stockholm, Sweden.
