Anders Kronborg

Biography

 Mr. Anders Kronborg serves as Executive Vice President of Global Finance & Business Services at LEO Pharma A/S. Mr. Kronborg served as Executive Vice President of Global Finance, IT and Legal at LEO Pharma A/S since October 1, 2015. Mr. Kronborg has more than 20 years of senior financial management experience. He served as an Investment Director at Investment AB Kinnevik until August 7, 2015. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Investment AB Kinnevik since May 1, 2012. His focus was on the operating and financial development of Kinnevik's portfolio of companies. He started his career with the Kinnevik group in 2007. Mr. Kronborg served as the Chief Financial Officer at Metro International S.A. from September 2008 to April 30, 2012, served as the Chief of Staff until September 2008 and Executive Vice President since 2007. He joined Metro International S.A. in December 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Metro International S.A. Prior to Metro, he gained extensive experience from the financial operations of media businesses. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at TV 2 | Danmark A/S and held numerous executive positions with Berlingske Media (Berlingske Tidende). He served as Chief Financial Officer at DR, the Danish Broadcasting Corporation. He was also associated with Berlingske Media A/S. He is a Member of the Board of Metro International. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Black Earth Farming Limited. since 2013. Mr. Kronborg served as a Non-Executive Director of Millicom International Cellular SA from December 2012 to May 28, 2013. He holds a Master of Science in Economics from Copenhagen University.
