Jukka Pertola

Biography

 Mr. Jukka Pekka Pertola serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens A/S. Mr. Pertola serves as Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Denmark. He has more than 20 years of experience in management and leadership within ICT, energy, industry, infrastructure and healthcare as well as over 10 years of international experience as board mem­ber of private and public organisations. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Infrastructure & Cities, Siemens North West Europe/Nordic until 2014. He has been Chairman of the Board for GomSpace Group AB (publ) since April 2016. Mr. Pertola serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Siemens Wind Power A/S and LEO Pharma A/S. He has been Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board at Tryg A/S since March 14, 2017. He serves as Deputy Chairman at Tryg Forsikring A/S. He served as Chairman of the board of directors of OSRAM A/S until 2013 as well as Vice Chairman of DELTA (Dansk Elektronik, Lys & Akustik) (alternate name, DELTA Danish Electronics, Light & Acoustics) until 2016 and Danish ITC and Electronics Federation until 2014. He served as Deputy Chairman of LEO Pharma A/S since April 2015. He has been a Director of GS Sweden AB since 2016. He serves as a Director of Delta A/S and ATV. He serves as board member of Siemens A/S, Industrial Employers Association Copenhagen, Industriens Pensionsforsikring A/S, Baltic Development Forum, Confederation of Danish Industries, COWI A/S, Danish Academy of Technical Sciences and Siemens Denmark. He served as a Director of Copenhagen Capacity A/S until 2015, Karl Pedersen og Hustrus Industrifond until 2015, CLEAN until 2014, Danish National Advanced Technology Foundation until 2012 and Danish German Chamber of Commerce until 2012. Mr. Pertola holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
